Carpet Cleaning Tracker

This program is targeted at small businesses that are providing carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning services. It allows tracking customers and jobs, scheduling work, and issuing invoices.

We understand that companies often are small, do not have a lot of resources, and don’t want to spend a lot of money. We’ve kept the program simple to use and affordable.

Features:

• Customer List

Keeps standard customer information, name, address, phone and other contact data.

• Service List

Maintains services and prices. Carpet and rug cleaning, cars, upholstery, etc.

• Order Entry

Allows entry of orders for a customer. Prices will be filled in from the default prices, but can be overridden for customers.

• Job Scheduling

Interfaces to Microsoft Outlook’s calendar to help balance and schedule work.

Software requirements - any Windows based system (95/98/NT/XP, etc.)

The product is shareware - 30 day trial period - payable after this.

Custom versions of the product can be created to provide additional features.

If you have customers and data already stored on your computer, we can quote on converting that data for you. In this way you don’t have to type it all in again.
