WWCALC

WWCALC is a PDA/Palm program that keeps track of food intake and energy expenditure. It was developed based on the Weight Watchers  program [see Weight Watchers].

(WEIGHT WATCHERS and POINTS are the registered trademarks of Weight Watchers International, Inc.)

The program allows entering values for the food consumed at each meal, keeps track of activity/exercise, calculates moving averages, tracks water intake, allows importing of predefined food items created in lists, allows short cut entry of foods you eat on a routine basis.

This program was developed as a free shareware program, and was being freely distributed in 2002. However, the author of the program received a demand that the access to the program be removed. See http://www.ruffboy.com/wwcalc.htm

It is still available in various places hidden round the web and in newsgroups. Newsgroups will occasionally have it, but the content keeps changing, so you have to keep looking till you find it.. Possible place to look are:
PDA25
Handango
news:comp.sys.palmtops.pilot

Also try searching under wwcalc on all the search engines. But be careful that you get the right one, there are other programs around called WWcalc, that have been created based on the success of the real original one.
